Good Morning!!!!!!!!! Yes, I know it's early, but I've had 6 hours sleep and I can't go back to sleep. So I decided to share a few pictures with you. I tried to get pictures of Rebecca at her first lesson, but we couldn't use flash and the pics are so bad you can't even see her. So we waited til later at home. I really hope she has fun learning to play the violin. She has the music in her like her daddy. Jim can play the guitar, harmonica and piano, and he is self taught. Rebecca see's him grab his guitar and she goes and gets hers too.
Well, she certainly holds it like a little professional! lol
ReplyDeleteIt's funny hearing you say "Good morning".. when I haven't even gone to bed yet! lol

She's precious and so a fortunate little girl that you support her interests. I cannot wait until Katie is that big. We're going to get her music lessons. Dirk is already teaching her piano lessons. I can't play piano except by ear, but I can play guitar, also by ear. So she's going to be surrounded with love and music, just like your sweetheart Rebecca!

I remember when Nicci played the violin. They she decided she didn't like it, and we switched to the flute. Then she got bored of it and we switched to the clarinet. You see where this is going right? LOL

Awwwww she is so precious, Love You Lisa XO
ReplyDeleteI know that excitement of watching and listening to your child play the violin for the first time. Skye (my daughter) was a natural at it. She soon became bored and was more interested in academic pursuits. (I know that's suppose to make most parents proud, but I really wish she had pursued some artistic qualities too)...(Hugs) Indigo
ReplyDeleteas you already know, these pics of so precious. You are doing such a lifelong WONDEROUS thing for this child by giving her the gift of music. It is a fact. Sometime, please get video of her playing after she learns ok?
ReplyDeleteLOVE YOU, lisa
