3lbs fresh brocolli florets, cut into pices
8oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese
4oz jar of pimento's
2cups italian dressing
(hint) I make up a packet of Good Season's Italian dressing, it taste alot better.
Mix all ingredients, chill 1 hour, and serve.
Hope you enjoy it! It's a real winner with kids. Better than plain ole cooked brocolli, lol.
I will be making this in my deli..thanks for your recipe!
