I serve this with a side salad and garlic bread. I make my own garlic bread. Here is the recipe for it:
1LF italian bread sliced lenghth wise. 1/3c. olive oil, 1/3c. grated parmesan cheese, 1Tbl. minced garlic, 1/2tsp, parsley flakes. Mix well spread evenly over the 2 halves, bake in 350* oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges start to brown.
I hope you enjoy these 2 recipes. My nieces and nephews and my kids, love this when I make it. They always tell me I don't make enough, LOL.
On another note, woke up today feeling really well. I made Rebecca and Marissa a pancake and sausage breakfast. Which they gobbled right up, LOL. Our friend Uncle Joe came upstairs and had breakfast with us. He is Rebecca's GODFATHER. I'd like to ask you all to say a prayer for his MOM, Evelyn Ianovale. She was admitted into the hospital last night. She had fluid buildup around her heart and was in so much pain. We all call her Mommom I. She is so loved by her family and friends, we are very worried about her. Well, I can't believe these 2 girls are watching this movie "IT", they love it. Scarey kids these 2 are, lol. Well, gonna go for now, gotta put on my sauce for tonight's dinner. Spaghetti with sausage and meatballs. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a great day everyone.
Sorry to hear about your friend's mom, sis..will keep her in my prayers. My kids love horror movies too, these kids are TOO much alike! LOL

Saying a prayer for your friends Mom. That recipe looks great. My daughter just started getting into scary movies. For years she has been deathly afraid of them. I think I might have showed her Chuckie when she was too little. LOL Have a fantastic Mother's Day. Hugs
