John J. Tipping Jr. Age 33
Resident of: Port Jefferson, NY
Occupation: Fire Fighter
Six years before the Tragic day of 9/11/01, John found a career he would love and be proud of. He joined the New York Fire Department. He was assigned to Engine Company 54, Ladder Company 4. John matured in his job in those short years. He was loved by a family who was so very proud of him, and admired by his fellow co-workers.
Before John decided on making a career out of Fire Fighting, his love was skiing. John loved to ski, like his father. He later learned to snowboard and that became another of his passions. John is sadly missed by so many friends and family members, especially his 3 sister's and his parents. God Bless you John, may you have eternal peace. You are gone from this earth, but you will never be forgotten.
May God bless all the 2996 victims of 9/11 and their families. May those who were lost find peace in their new home in the arms of God. Bless them all.
May you rest in peace John J. Tipping Jr.
