Friday 13th

                               

Friday the 13th. Some say it is the most unluckiest day of the year. Other's say it is a lucky day. As for me, any day I wake up in the morning is lucky. Having had cancer and beating it makes me very lucky. So, to this 13th day, I say bring it on, whatever you got for me, cause I am strong, I am woman and I can deal with it!!!!!!!!!

                       

I slept very well last night. Actually woke up feeling pretty good this morning. Even had a whole hour to myself before Rebecca woke up. Emma got here at 8:30am. I had to let her in Joe's house so she can clean it. Mommom I is coming for the weekend. I am glad, I love that lady. She is just such a loving, caring, funny lady. Joe's oldest son Joe Jr. is coming on sunday to visit with his Dad and his grandmother. That will be nice. He hasn't seen Rebecca yet, so she'll welcome him over, lol. Many years ago when Emma was 15, she dated Joe Jr. They were always together. We had hopes on them marrying some day, but then she met her first husband, grrrrrrrrrr, and it was all over.

                            

I will be heading down to Joe's soon and doing my laundry. Only have 2 loads to do, thank goodness. I hate doing laundry. But I have too! I'll go down in about 30 minutes. I want to feed Rebecca, get dressed and finish watching Walker Texas Ranger. Yes, it is on again. They changed the times on me. Now it comes on at 9am and goes off at 11am. Yeahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! I love that show. Besides there is nothing more sexier than seeing a man in black tight jeans, and a cowboy hat>fanning self now<lol.

                         

Jim's out in the garage looking for his drop light. He's not happy, cause he can't find it. I think when they took his tools out of the van at that lousey job he lost, they took it. The creeps. He bought that himself. Wouldn't be the first time something like that has happened. He had over 2000.00 worth of tools and an autographed toolbox signed by Dale Earnhardt stolen out of his van when he first started working there. It was an inside job, because his van was parked inside the garage shop, locked and an alarm was on. Only 3 other people had keys and the code to the alarm, secretary and 2 co-workers. One of the co-workers kept asking Jim if he'd sell that box to him, Jim kept saying no, then one morning he goes in and box is gone, along with all Jim's tools. The company replaced some of the things, a cheaper brand, and Jim bought all the rest. That place really sucks. Even though we are broke, have no insurance anymore, I am glad he doesn't work there anymore.

                        

Wow, the weather sure did change. Day before yesterday it was 80* outside. Today our high is expected to be 56*. I seen on the news some places have gotten snow already. I am not a snow person. Don't like it, don't drive in it, hate being out in it. I do no driving in the winter. Never have. Snow and ice make me have panic attacks, so to avoid them, I don't drive in them. Weird huh? Well, it's time to get ready and start my day. Hope you all have a great day. And don't forget to go trick or treating throughout Jland. I have been, lol. Favorite treats.......peanut butter cups, lol. Mmmmmmm, I love those things.
