A little update

good morning For a few days now I have been trying to make an entry and a certain 4 kids keep bothering me, lol. After about 20 dozen trips to storage and here to Emma's we are finally moved. I am so glad to be out of that tiny apartment. The move though is only temporary. We will be getting a house or apartmeent real soon. Emma wants us to find a 4 bedroom house and all move into it together until Dan settles his lawsuits and buys 2 houses. This is all fine with me. I love being able to tuck my grandbabies into their beds at night, and here in the mornings when they wake up.

It is so beautiful outside today. Sunny, breezy, and so cool. It's 73 outside. The 3 older kids are outside playing, burning off some bottled energy they have stored in their bodies, lol. The baby is in her walker just having a good ol' time tossing her toys on the floor. Jim is at work, Dan is relaxing on the couch, and Emma took my van to go to post office and to get a tan. As for me I'm doing alot better. I have been on a diet now for 9 days and I can already feel the difference. Of course the medication I am taking helps by taking away my appetite. I'm on 10mg a day of Lexapro for depression. Emma says it is working for me cause I seem calmer and more relaxed. I do feel better, I must say that. I don't feel like driving off a bridge anymore. So it must be working for me. Well, Emma's home, no mail at post office except for a verification of my change of address. That's about it for now. I have turned on my alerts again but I guess aohell is still having problems because I haven't gotten but a few alerts. Hope all are well.

Love to all...............Cindy

  1. Cindy,
Glad to hear and your family are all settled in at Emma and Dan's. The renting a 4 bedroom house sound's ideal for all of your family. It is so nice that you are all so close and get along so well. It isn't always so easy to live with family members. You have certainly been Blessed.

Looking forward to your next alert. Best of luck on the success of your diet. You go Girl!!!!

  4. My dear dear Cindy,  I am so happy that you have got settled in with Emma but hope that it won't be to long before you get into a house of your own...it is all very well sharing for a while but I expect it can get a bit tiring after a wee while...My Mother alway said she would never move in with either of my Sisters...unless like you it was an emergency....and when we did move down to Bath they had managed to get us a nice little flat...IU can hardly believe that it is 26/27 years ago that we moved...it seems liek yesterday....Keep smiling...Love to everyone but special helping for yourself.   Love  Sybil xxx

  6. I use to take Lexapro and it helped me back then. I no longer take it as I'm not a medicine type person. So I whined myself off it and have been just fine.
Glad to hear that everyone is doing well. I hope you guys find that house soon. Isn't school about to start there? All the schools here started last week. College starts 25th.
You all are having our kinda weather. Don't you love it. Our humidity has been nothing. So great for playing outside.
    Glad to hear from you.
    Take care and Hugs, Chrissie

  12. Wow, you're free at last.  I got your snail mail with new addy.  YAY!  I'm so glad you're back.  I hope all your dreams come true with winning the law suit and getting the houses.  If someone would settle out of court for that much it could work out.  You'll have to reset your alerts for me as AOL ate all my managed list readers and I had add them back manually one by one.  I look forward to hearing from you.  Lots has happened on both our ends.  Fill us in with more news.
