Hopefully I can get this entry made with no interruptions. Rebecca is asleep, the movie, "The Perfect Storm" is on the tv,perfect right? Wrong!!! Jim is talking to me. And what about? Ther service department at a Ford Dealership. Ummm, hello. Can we say boring, lol. How about my birthday, which is tomorrow. Yep, I will be 47 years young. But we ain't doing a thing. Don't have the money for something special. Although I think Emma is cooking us dinner tomorrow, not sure though.
Tomorrow at 9:15am, the kindergarten kids (4 classes of them) are performing 4 songs. Parents who want to watch the show are invited. You know I am going. So is Jim and Rebecca's sister Emma. It is called a Moving Up Concert, instead of a graduation concert. They will be singing the school song, Blue and Gold, God Bless America, My Country Tis of Thee, and a really cool song that goes, Start spreading the news, we're leaving today, we learned our abc's and 123's and learned all the rules, start spreading the news, we're going to first grade, we want to be a part of it, first grade, first grade. Rebecca sounds so cute singing it. She tries to hit high notes, then yawns, lol.
The past 2 weekends I have kept Adrianna, and Rebecca stayed at her sister's. Above is some pictures of my lil granddaughter. She's getting so big. She finally got a couple teeth. Two on the bottom. And wow is she cranky right before they come through. Anyways last weekend Dan and Emma took the kids, Marissa, Daniel and Rebecca to some Fair. A young lady walked up to Rebecca and Marissa and introduced herself and was talking to them a little bit. Then she pulled out 2 photographs of herself and aautographed them for the girls. They thought the lady was Miss America, lol, but it was Miss Southeastern Pennsylvania 2008, Jenna Knopsnyder. On the picture for Rebecca she wrote, Rebecca, Wish for the impossible. Love Jenna. And On Marissa's she wrote, Marissa, Stay beautiful. Love, Jenna. The girls are so proud of their autographed photo's.
I have so much more to write about, but I have not any privacy. Jim keeps walking over here. I hate when he reads over my shoulder. So I am going to cut this short. But before I go, I want to thank Lisa Jo for the lovely birthdaycard I received in the mail today, and also for the picture she sent of Rick and she and the kids. I love the picture and I am putting it in a frame tomorrow and sitting it here on my desk. I will try and make a longer entry over the weekend. Jim's going up to the cabin. Ahhhhhh, peace and quiet for sure, lol.
LOVE TO ALL......................CINDY
