Last day of school

GoodBye Room 18

My lil buddy, Hector. He is such a sweet heart. I miss him.

Ronald and me. He is so lovable. I got a hug everyday when I walked into the classroom.

Taiyanna and me. She is such a dollbaby. Always so cheerful and smiling.

Alex and me. He is a total sweetheart.

James along with his big sister and their mom. These 2 kids are so well behaved. Their mom is very much into their education. She attends every PTA meeting and conference. I like that when a parent is so involved. It shows they love and care about the children. These 2 are blessed to have a mom such as her.

This lil doll is Jennifer. She is such a good girl. When she finishes her work, she'll go around the class and help those having trouble. She told me she wants to be a teacher when she grows up. I believe she will too.

This cutie pie is Cheyenne. She is so quiet and speaks so softly. She can also speak spanish, because her mom is spanish and teaches her the language.

There you go. Those are the kids that showed up June 19th, which was the last day of school. I miss all the kids, and seeing Phyllis the teacher everyday. But Phyllis and her boyfriend Jim and my Jim and I have remained friends. They are coming to Emma's for the 4th of July.

A few of you have asked about Marissa. She is doing ok. Emma follows doctors orders to the T. No running, jumping and watch her calorie intake. If she complains of headaches, dizziness or chest pains take her to C.H.O.P. She can walk, ride a bike, swim. Doctors want to give her some more time before they do a batter more of tests and possible surgery. Their hoping no surgery will be needed.

Mommom I is in real need of prayers. She is not doing well at all. She is in a nursing home. She fell getting out of her bed there and a nurse found her laying on the floor passed out in a pool of blood. She cracked her head open. She doesn't eat but maybe a bite or 2. She is down to 66 pounds. Her liver and kidneys are about done. I am sad to say she doesn't have much longer. If you would, can you please say a prayer for her?

I guess that's about it for now. Dinner will be here any minute. I hope everyone is having a great week.

Love to all...........................

  3. Those kids are so worth the trouble you went to this year.  Precious.  They'll always remember you I know.

I'm glad you're staying friends with Rebecca's teacher.  And glad to hear about Marissa too.  I hope she doesn't have to have surgery.

That's awful about Mommow I.  That's a terrible way to have to leave this world.  Such a pitiful situation.

Please take care of you.  I love ya.  Want you to be here for a long time too.
