Can you say YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!

 Grocery CHICKEN ENCHILADAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GRAB YOU WALLET AND CAR KEYS AND GET TO YOUR NEAREST GROCERY STORE, BECAUSE YOU WILL WANT TO MAKE THIS. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!

 Cinco Dancer  Cinco Drinker YEA, I KNOW IT AIN'T MAY 5TH, BUT HEY I CAN'T GET THE WORDS TO LEAVE, LOL. SO JUST PRETEND THEIR SAYING, MUCHO BUENO. OK HERE GOES:

2cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey

1cup chopped green bell pepper

1 package 8oz Philadelphia Lite Cream cheese

1 8oz jar of Salsa

8 (6-inch) flour Tortilla's

3/4 pound (12oz) Velveeta Cheese (cut up)

1/4cup 2% milk

1) Stir chicken, bell pepper, cream cheese, and half cup salsa in saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted.

2) Spoon 1/3cup mixture down center of each tortilla; and roll up. Place seam down in lightly greased 12X8-inch baking dish.

3) Stir velveeta cheese and milk in saucepan over low heat until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas, cover with foil.

4) bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil and pour remaining salsa over tortillas. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
