OK, I HAVE DECIDED NO NEGATIVITY IN THIS ENTRY. I'M TIRED OF BEING MAD, STRESSED AND WHATEVER OTHER BAD MOOD IS LURKING IN MY BODY. I AM GONNA TRY TO BE HAPPIER TONIGHT.

FIRST OFF, BEFORE I FORGET, REBECCA SAID SOMETHING REALLY FUNNY TONIGHT WHILE WATCHING A HALLOWEEN SPECIAL ON CARTOON NETWORK. SHE SAID "MOMMY WHEN YOU FEED GARLIC TO VAMPIRES THEY MELT, THEN YOU HAVE TO GET THE MOP AND CLEAN UP THE MESS." I LOOKED AT HER AND SHE WAS REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT THAT TOO!!! I LAUGHED SO HARD, MY JAW HURT. I ASKED HER, "HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT THEY MELT?" SHE'S SAYS, CAUSE I'M 5 NOW AND I KNOW EVERYTHING!!!" I LAUGHED AGAIN. I WISH I HAD A VIDEO CAMERA, SO I COULD MAKE A MOVIE OF HER SAYING ALL THIS FUNNY STUFF.

HER DADDY IS IN THE BEDROOM PLAYING HIS GUITAR. SHE JUST CAME OUT RUNNING OVER TO ME AND SAID, HER DADDY IS PLAYING HER A SONG CALLED, DOGS DON'T WANNA GET WET. LOL JIM'S FOREVER MAKING UP SONGS FOR HER, AND SHE LOVES THEM. IF SHE WANTS A SONG BEFORE SHE GOES TO BED, SHE'LL SAY DADDY PLAY ME A BED NIGHT SONG, LOL. AND HE PLAYS HER A SONG OR TWO OR THREE. WELL, THEY BOTH HAVE FUN WITH MUSIC.

LAST NIGHT I WAS SCARED SO BAD, I ALMOST DROPPED A HOT CUP OF TEA ON THE FLOOR. I'M STANDING AT THE COUNTER, CUP IN HAND, AND I HAPPEN TO GLANCE OVER AT THE STOVE WHICH IS LIKE 6 INCHES FROM WHERE I AM STANDING AND A MOUSE JUMPED UP FROM THE BURNER ONTO THE COUNTER. THEN RAN BACK IN THE BURNER. TALKED ABOUT JUMPING A MILE HIGH, WELL I ALMOST DID. I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT. I HATE THOSE CREEPY VARMITS, LOL. EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE, SHE IS SO DARN CUTE, LOL.

TOLD YA SHE WAS CUTE. NOW IF ALL THE MICE WERE LIKE THIS ONE, I'D BE OK WITH IT, I THINK LOL. NO WONDER I'M FEELING CHILLY RIGHT NOW. I JUST LOOKED AT THE THINGY ON THE WALL ABOVE THIS COMPUTER AND IT SAYS IT'S 65 DEGREE'S IN MY APARTMENT. JEEZ, WE COULD'NT GET IT THAT COOL IN THE SUMMER WITH THE AIRCONDITIONER'S RUNNING. OK, I THOUGHT ABOUT THIS TONIGHT. WHY IS IT IN THE SUMMER WE WANT THE INSIDE OF OUR HOME TO BE COOL, DUE TO THE HEAT OUTDOORS, BUT WHEN SUMMER IS GONE AND IT'S STARTS TO CHILL OUTDOORS, WE ARE READY TO TURN UP THE HEAT INDOORS? RIGHT NOW, I HAVE FLANNEL PAJAMAS AND FLEECE ROBE ON MY MIND. I'M NEVER REALLY THAT COLD, BUT TONIGHT I FEEL SO CHILLED. MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE IT'S BEEN RAINING AND WINDY MOST OF THE DAY. I THINK I DRANK ABOUT A GALLON OF HOT COFFEE AND TEA TODAY, TRYING TO WARM THESE BONES OF MINE. I THINK REAL SOON THOSE FLANNEL JAMMIES AND ANOTHER CUP OF HOT TEA ARE GONNA FEEL GREAT.

SHE DID IT AGAIN. SHE TOLD HER DADDY HE WAS SMART, HE SAYS HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT? SHE SAYS, CAUSE I KNOW EVERYTHING, LOL. SHE'S TOO MUCH. WELL, I THINK I AM GOING TO GO NOW. TIME TO PUT REBECCA TO BED, HER HALLOWEEN SPECIAL IS OVER. TAKE CARE EVERYONE, HAVE A NICE WEEKEND.

THANK YOU MANDY FOR MY CUTE TAG.

  5. Children are so sweet and yes, they think they do know everything at that age.  I love the way your hubby sings to her each night.  She will treasure those memories and so will you.

  6. I remember when my dad use to sing me the same song to me when I was in bed. I don't recall the name, but some of the lyrics I do. My dad is a horrible singer, but I miss those times and they are memories that will always stay with me.  On my wedding day, someone suprised us by having the DJ play that song, even my dad hadn't heard that song in so long it was like new, we both cried when we danced.  Ahhhhhh those times :)
I would have died about the mouse and I"m not scared of them, but that would of shocked me to death!

  10. Awww, that is so cute that your hubby plays her special songs before bed...how sweet!!!  Lol at the comments that Rebecca said... out of the mouths of babes huh?  Personally I think mice are cute, I had one run across the shelves of nail polishes at a salon I used to work at and it startled me at first, but I saw it was a lil baby one and it was so cute... go ahead and call me crazy, lol.  Have a great weekend!!
