Rebecca's guardian angel

I just want to say thank you to the very kind, loving, caring, heart of gold wonderful lady who is gonna make my baby girl smile from ear to ear christmas morning. I was asked to keep her name anonymous, so I will. When I got the email from her saying and showing all these wonderful gifts, I cried. And I still cry every time I see them. I will feel very good putting up my artificial tree this year, knowing there will be something under it for Rebecca. I was so worried she wouldn't have gifts from Santa. The boxes are coming tomorrow via Federal Express and I know I'm gonna cry again when they arrive. I am gonna leave the boxes sealed and put them in the closet so Rebecca aka Curious George doesn't want me to open them so she can snoop. So, SANTA, thank you so very much. You are a guardian angel, and I love you dearly. Now if you'll excuse me I have to go get a tissue, cause I have tears again. I really do, sniff, sniff. Here's what Santa sent for Rebecca.

Well, there ya go, all these beautiful items sent from Santa. They will be wrapped and placed under the tree christmas eve, with a special tag on each one that says, To Rebecca        Love Santa. Oh by the way, Santa has specified that the cookies that are left out, be Chocolate Chip. So that's what we're gonna leave on the table next to the tree, and a big glass of cold milk too.

Now I am going to go eat my dinner. Uncle Joe fixed me some home made chili and bisquits and I am going to go enjoy it. Take care all and have a wonderful evening. And Santa this is for you, XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX.  YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

LOVE,

CINDY

  4. I'm coming to your house on Christmas morning, those things look like fun! I have 3 boys, so this stuff is cool.  But seriously, I do believe in this world full of hate and unkind smiles there is so much good still and at times of darkness those people really shine through in your life. I had someone do something very simliar for me once, and I will never forget her.  It was my sons birthday and we almost lost our home, we were in bankrubtcy 13, I was devestated.  She saved me that year.  I love her so.  Good people deserve good things, and your not just good, your FANTASTIC!! I'm very happy for you.

  6. I forgot....leave cookies and milk out and leave a couple of cookies with a bite or two out of them for Rebecca to find.  We did that and my son always thought Santa got full on cookies and couldn't finish 'em all.
We also left carrots out for the Easter Bunny and one was always left with nibbles on it.  The kids love it LOL

  10. And they laugh at us when we talk about how wonderful JLand is.  They laugh and look at us like we are crazy when we say we have "friends" in Jland.  People we have never met, but friends none the less.  They laugh.  But.. there are angels amongst us....here inside this square box in front of us, that we get up and type on every day...  your Secret Santa, or thoughtful Jland Angel just proves it.

God Bless this kind and generous person, for making your daughters Christmas special!

    Hugs
    Jackie

  19. Cindy,
I'm glad that someone was reading my mind. What a wonderful sharing person? I don't have much money either, but my children have never gone without. I hated hearing in your voice the despression of thinking you might not be able to get your child anything for Christmas. You should have known that she would not go without anything for she is Jland child now. She belongs to all of us.
I know of a fellow Jland mother who is struggling so much right now. The father left and has not been paying child support. I believe that she will need alot of help this Christmas. My only dilemma is IDK if I have her mailing address. I don't wanna say her name because she is a private person, but I know she is stressing over Christmas. I would love to try to help her out some. Its no different than taking a Christmas angel off the tree at Walmart just a little farther away. I hope everyone remembers that there are a lot of small children who need to be thought of this time of year.
All those things look so wonderful. I love girl stuff, but only a boy to buy for. Rebecca is gonna be SO excited.
    Take care, Chrissie
