Mornin

Well, beings I have gotten only 2 alerts today so far I have come to the conclusion that your all still sleeping, your computers ran away from home or you've been kidnapped by aliens from outer space and they don't have internet service on their planet, lol.

Above is a few pics I took. Marissa came home yesterday from school and was so happy. She told everyone about her first day of school and said she loves it. She said she colored an apple, lol. Her Daddy picked her up from school yesterday. Today Uncle Bill took her to school. They took the public transportation bus (Septa) over half way there and walked the rest of the way. Mommy can't walk it, because it is too far to drag all 3 kids out plus she still has staples in her stomach and is very sore. Daddy couldn't take her, because Daddy went back to work this morning at the Borgada. He was so happy yesterday when he got the phone call. He did not want to be out of work, not with 3 kids and a wife to support and bills to pay.

Is it really Fall? Because this weather we're having says another story. It's going to be like 90 today. WTH!!!!!!!!!!!! Where's the nice cool days? No wonder so many people are getting colds, they have no idea how to dress due to the weather changes we've had. Yesterday there was 5 kids absent from Rebecca's class. Today there was a total of 8 kids lined up for class today. Easy day for her teacher.

I just love this picture. There's something so peaceful about it. I'd love to build a little cabin with a fireplace right on this land and live there forever. Even though I live in the city of philadelphia, I grew up in the country and I miss living in the country. The city life is noisey, with entirely too much traffic, and hoodlums running around. One day I will have a nice home out in the country again.

And if I can't have a house in the country then I want one on the beach, way far from all the beach combers that come during summer months. Ok, I have dreamed to much here, lol. Only way I could have one of these is for the Publisher's Clearing house van to pull up with my bouquet of balloons and my 4 foot long cardboard check for 10,000,000.00 or I hit the Power Ball Lottery. Will that ever happen? Let's vote, lol.

Now be honest. Don't say yes just to make me happy, unless of course you really do know I will win, lol. Ok, I am being silly here, so I guess I will go now. Gonna go do up the dishes and head over to Emma's for a bit. I hope everyone has a great day today.

Love to all..............................

  5. I am glad the girls are liking school. This dry weather is causing me to have sinus/allergy problems with a headache. I wish it would rain. Glad that your SIL got to go back to work. I know they were worried. Your pictures and graphics were great. Helen

  7. I like you Cindy,  You seem to have a good attitude for the most part and may I add,  the world would be lost without Dreamers.  I am a Cyndi also.  I like spelling it this way for my writing and art.  I wish to have a business up and running some day.  "Printz by Cyndi"... I am so into your feelings of a quiet place  with trees around,  absent of noisy traffic,  safty for my four neutered little furry friends that have been with me for some time now.   I am a 69 year old  G. Mom of 4 grown kids,  and 11 G.Kids and I am also a Foster Parent,  it's been 10 years now.  My teen boys are 15 and 17 years of age,  great kids,  the oldest has been with me since age 12 so I have been his legal guardian for 2 years this last March.  The only things that I get on them for are:  "Where's your belt,  walk by me and those pants will be down around your knees."  lol .  The other is: "Who left the the seats up in the bathroom?"  I have  had colon cancer, 5 year survivor,  back surgery, gall bladder out and bunion surgery also.  I feel as if I have the map of my town drawn on me. lol....Some things have been really tough on me,  but feel so truly Blessed with 4 loving siblings, my son and 3 daughters and those G.Kids are are just the most......Creator's  Blessings to you Cindi,  and keep that dream of your home in the guietness of nature.   Cyndi

  9. It's great that both girls are enjoying school so much! Wonderful that your sil will be returning to work too! I grew up out in the country too and this living in town or well in my case on post is enough for me, I'm looking forward to when we do move back to the states buying some land with either a house already built or building our own home, I need some quiet...I want the boys to have room to really run and play, a pond and/or creek, and a couple of horses for us to enjoy riding. I look forward to that!

  22. You have some seriously pretty pictures today.  I think the alerts are still down even though my comment level finally came back up, not the numbers that make headlines but at least I know who my real friends are.  Marissa is a darling.  Have you ever played this link for them?  Katie knows it by heart since I've been singing it to her since she was teeny tiny.  She likes me to play it on my computer and I've saved it in links but Lord knows I don't know how to make a journal entry with it.  So cute.  Turn up your volume.  I bet they'll love it. Dirk is trying to make an appointment for Friday with a lawyer, his one weekday off.  Looking forward to going for it all the way. Pray she will relinquish all rights and just give her to us to adopt.  That would be the ultimate best thing that could happen to Katie.
    Love ya,

  23. LOL it's funny we'd all love to live in the woods alone. Is that an internet trait? Hmmm. Glad Marissa is loving school. Well you must have gotten my fall, because it's freezing here now. I'll have to pull out the blankets or I'm coming down with something. Going to get in the shower and put my pjs on, dinner will be here soon via L.A and we'll sit and watch Grey's together while I record CSI. Thank goodness I don't know how I did it, but I got the VHS working and can record CSI for Lisa to watch again whenever she gets her a player. A whole group of ladies just won our powerball the other day. They took the limo up to headquarters to get their checks. They get like $800,000 a piece after taxes. They took the lump sum. That was the first time in four years someone in Kentucky has won the powerball we were long overdue. John and I have had all but two numbers and the two numbers were one off. That sucked so bad.
    Take care, Chrissie
