A Delicious Appetizer

This is something I had in San Francisco while visiting my brother. It was really good. I like to spoon a little salsa on it also.

6 Lg Flour Tortilla's

8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)

1/2 Lb Bacon (cooked, drained, chopped)

1/2 tsp minced garlic

4oz jar pimento's

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

In bowl mix all ingredients except Tortilla's. Divide evenly onto the Tortilla's. Spread evenly on tortilla. Roll each tortilla, then cut into 1 inch slices. Chill 1 hour. Serve with your favorite Salsa or just eat like it is. Great for entertaining guest.

Hint: You can substitute the bacon with ham or turkey or even spinach.
